Yoga @ Body 2 Fit

What is the class format?

There are three ways you can practice Yoga at Body 2 Fit:

  1. Private 1-2-1 sessions
  2. Group Sessions (3 – 6 people) OR
  3. Classes

Private Sessions

These sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis and are for anyone. Following the session you will be given a programme to follow which can be progressed at a suitable interval.

Group Sessions

Group sessions offer the combination of more personal tuition whilst maintaining an atmosphere of a class environment.

Group sessions are ideal for specialist groups (e.g. sports teams, dance schools, etc.) or like-minded friends.

Classes

Classes are restricted to 12 students to ensure a reasonable practice area for each student.

Classes are suitable for mixed ability, beginners through to the advanced.

Classes are usually booked for a set period of 6 weeks and each session will last 1 ½ hours.
