In the ‘ideal world’ Pilates should be practiced everyday.
The large majority of our daily activity involves using our bodies in postures and positions which can lead to an imbalance in our overall alignment. Pilates is a great way of preventing this but is not just about doing some exercise 2 or 3 times a week. The real benefits come when you extend the theory into everyday life and learn to use correct posture at home, at work, in the car and whilst playing sport.
