Personal Training is quite simply training with a suitably qualified fitness professional, usually on a 1-2-1 basis, working specifically on the training requirements, goals and aspirations of the client over a mutually agreed timeframe.
Personal Training is not simply isolated to a gym environment with the use of cardiovascular and resistive equipment as an essential tool. Other options are available including:
Training outside
Training in your own home or
Training at one of our purpose built studios
