Personal Training is quite simply training with a suitably qualified fitness professional, usually on a 1-2-1 basis, working specifically on the training requirements, goals and aspirations of the client over a mutually agreed timeframe.
All of our Personal Training is carried out by fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapists so not only are you getting the best training for your individual needs and requirements but you are in safe hands to ensure no injuries occur. Here at Body 2 Fit we have access to some of the latest training equipment including 25m swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, cardio equipment, resistance equipment, suspension equipment, Pilates reformer and Pilates cadillac trapeze table to name just a few.
